  - Free on-site inspection – in person or via virtual video call
  - Non-binding quote with a transparent flat-rate price and detailed service overview
  - Transport insurance for comprehensive coverage in case of damage
  - Setup of no-parking zones at departure and destination
  You choose how much help you need:
  - Customer handles packing of all belongings
  - Optional: Customer dismantles and reassembles furniture, kitchens, shelves, curtain rods, and wardrobes
  - Optional: Customer installs electrical appliances and water connections
  - Coordination of all required preparations at the new location
  - Transport to your new address
  - Delivery of your belongings to your new home
  - Unpacking and assembly handled by the customer
  - Deep cleaning service before final handover
- Optional Additional Services:
  - Long- and short-term storage in our secure warehouse in Vienna
  - Certified disposal, recycling, or destruction of any type of items
  - Repair work and repainting after the move
